UN's final resolution concerning Libya
United Nations Organization has issued the resolution concerning situation in Libya. Hence UN has "permitted" NATO to make an air raid over the Libyan territory. The oil price has started to grow again on Friday because of the UN's ban of flights over Libya and fears about stopping of delivery of oil from the region.
