UN's final resolution concerning Libya
United Nations Organization has issued the resolution concerning situation in Libya. Hence UN has "permitted" NATO to make an air raid over the Libyan territory. First, this idea has been proposed by French president Nicolas Sarkozy. Most probably, the air raid will be performed by the U.S.A., UK and France.
There is the special zone over Libya being created, closed for aircraft flights, so that NATO's aviation could do the pointed strikes at Muammar Gaddafi's troops.
The oil price has started to grow again on Friday because of the UN's ban of flights over Libya and fears about stopping of delivery of oil from the region.
